2. Enrollment & Admission

2.1 Eligibility

To enroll in our programs, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent)
  • Have completed the minimum educational requirements specified for the program
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Agree to abide by our code of conduct and academic policies

2.2 Enrollment Process

Enrollment is completed through our website or in-person at our campus. You must:

  • Complete the online enrollment form with accurate information
  • Submit required documents (educational certificates, ID proof, etc.)
  • Pay the applicable fees as per the chosen payment plan
  • Receive confirmation of enrollment from our admissions team

2.3 Seat Reservation

Seats in our programs are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment (as per the payment plan) and completion of all admission formalities.

3. Fees & Payment

3.1 Fee Structure

The fees for each program are clearly stated on our website and in the enrollment materials. Fees may vary based on:

  • Program type and duration
  • Mode of delivery (online/classroom/hybrid)
  • Batch timings (weekday/weekend)
  • Payment plan selected

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due before the program commencement date
  • Installment plans are available for certain programs as specified
  • Late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials
  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, Bank Transfer

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your credit card or banking information on our servers.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Student

  • Within 7 days of enrollment: 100% refund (minus administrative fees)
  • Between 8-15 days of enrollment: 50% refund
  • After 15 days of enrollment: No refund
  • After program commencement: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Academy

We reserve the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances. In such cases:

  • Full refund will be issued to enrolled students
  • Option to transfer to another batch/program will be offered
  • Notice will be provided at least 5 days prior to commencement

4.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 15-20 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

5. Attendance & Conduct

5.1 Attendance Requirements

  • Minimum 75% attendance required for certification
  • Recorded sessions available for missed classes
  • Prior intimation required for planned absences
  • Make-up sessions subject to availability

5.2 Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior
  • Disruption of classes or events
  • Plagiarism or cheating on assignments/projects
  • Sharing course materials without authorization
  • Unauthorized recording of sessions

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, assignments, projects, code examples, and study resources, are the exclusive property of PJ Skill Development Academy and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

As a student, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal educational purposes only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with third parties
  • Use materials for commercial purposes
  • Create derivative works from course content
  • Record or stream sessions without permission

7. Certification

Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a certificate from PJ Skill Development Academy. To be eligible for certification, students must:

  • Complete all required modules and assignments
  • Maintain minimum 75% attendance
  • Submit and pass all projects and assessments
  • Clear all outstanding fees

Certificates are issued digitally and are verifiable through our website. Replacement certificates may be issued upon request with applicable fees.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such collection and processing. We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws.

We collect information such as:

  • Personal identification information (name, contact details, etc.)
  • Educational background and qualifications
  • Payment and transaction details
  • Learning progress and assessment data

We use this information to provide and improve our Services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PJ Skill Development Academy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

We do not guarantee:

  • Employment or job placement outcomes
  • Specific salary or career advancement results
  • Uninterrupted or error-free access to online services

Disclaimer

Our programs are designed to provide education and skill development. Individual results may vary based on effort, prior experience, and market conditions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your enrollment and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the interests of other students or the Academy, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of the code of conduct
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Academic dishonesty or fraud
  • Unauthorized use of intellectual property

Upon termination, no refund will be provided, and access to course materials will be revoked.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Narasaraopeta, AndhraPradesh.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued enrollment or use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
